1. Introduction

Welcome to Foxcolab, developed by Foxcolab Technologies (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Foxcolab applications, including our mobile, desktop, and web platforms (the “App”).

Our services include secure messaging, encrypted calls, collaborative teams, public spaces, and AI-powered utilities. By installing or using Foxcolab, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Foxcolab is a platform built for secure communication. To maintain a safe environment, we enforce the following requirements:

3. User Accounts & Security

Your security is a shared responsibility. While we provide Zero-Knowledge encryption, you must protect your device and authentication credentials.

F-Number Identity: Remember that while you login with your phone number, your in-app identity is your F-Number. Your phone number is never shared with other users, but you are responsible for any activity performed under your F-Number.

  • Do not impersonate other users or entities.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
  • Ensure your device-level security (PIN/Biometrics) is enabled.

4. License to Use

Foxcolab Technologies grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our platform. This license is provided for communication and collaboration purposes only.

Redistributing proprietary code
Automated scraping (Bots)
Bypassing encryption protocols
Excessive API utilization
Modifying app binaries

5. Acceptable Use Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. By using Foxcolab, you agree not to engage in:

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data shared through Foxcolab. We do not claim any proprietary rights over your personal messages, files, or media.

Foxcolab IP: All platform assets — including code, branding, layouts, and AI models — remain the exclusive property of Foxcolab Technologies.

7. Account Termination

Right to Erasure

You can delete your account at any time. This action is irreversible and results in the permanent deletion of your F-Number, messages, and encrypted media.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOXCOLAB TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ALL CASES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we take pride in our service, Foxcolab does not guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will be entirely error-free. We assume no responsibility for network outages, device failures, or external security breaches on the user's end.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are primarily governed by the laws of India. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Global users acknowledge that data processing and encryption remain subject to Indian privacy standards and international GDPR/DPDP safeguards.

11. Dispute Resolution

We resolve disputes through structured arbitration. You agree to first seek informal resolution by contacting us.
